How do I update or change my credit card?

Login to your account and select the Profile tab on your Membership Menu:

Then, select “Update Payment Info:”

Enter your new card number and/or expiration date in the box shown below:

Click “Save” and you’re all done.

How do I regain access if I was locked out for too many incorrect login attempts?

For safety reasons, you will be locked out if you enter the incorrect username & password combinations more than 3 times.  In order to avoid being locked out, you can always click the link in the login box that says “Lost your password?” to reset your password.

If you have been locked out, please visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and copy your IP address indicated.  Send us a message through our Contact form to let us know you’ve been blocked, along with your IP address, and we will unlock you.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you are really sure that you want to give up on your golf game and miss out on lower scores & increased fun on the golf course, you can login to your account and select the Profile tab on your Membership Menu:

Then this screen will appear:

Click on the cancel button and your credit card will no longer be charged.

We’d hate to see you go, but if you would be so kind, please leave a note in the Contact form to let us know why you decided to cancel.  Whether it was not being able to dedicate enough time to go through the training or if you just didn’t feel you were receiving value for the price, etc.  It would help us to better serve our customers in the future.
